Cancel culture

Cancel culture is the backlash created by bullshit culture.

The attempt to put in charge ideologies based on prejudice, ignorance, lies and hatred using violent rethoric and violent means that has threatened the few rights conquered by repressed minorities, has generated an equally violent and panicky repression where every sign, even moderate and minor, of anything remotely resembling those ideologies is immediately eradicated and shunned. Maybe the autor doesn't mean anything bad but someone will get panicky and they'll be censored anyway.

Book burning is unnecessary. Cancel culture is our version of burning books. Books were representative of different philosophies, art, products, etc. Now its just easier to find and attack these ideas in different media.
