John of the Mirandola (Giovanni Pico della Mirandola), who was also called Count of Concordia (Concorde) born in Mirandola the 24 February 1463 and dead the 17 November 1494 in Florence, is an Italian humanist philosopher and theologian , third son of an old comtale family . In search of the prisca theologia (or first theology exposed by the ancients), he studied and synthesized the main philosophical and religious doctrines known at the time, notably Platonism, Aristotelianism and scholasticism. He is the founder of the Christian Kabbalah.
