"White supremacy" is the idea of white people generally having some supreme position, such as culturally, politically, spiritually, legally, or economically. Those who advocate for such a position can be termed white supremacists. White supremacism is a type of ethnosupremacism, i.e. an idea of supremacy based on notions of ethnicity or race. Some people refer to non-ethnic white supremacy, where they conflate certain ideas, e.g. science, with the concept of white or whiteness. Since white supremacy is a notion chiefly associated with skin color, it is a type of colorism and colorist supremacism which is the notion of distinguishing people primarily by their pigmentation features, and believing in the supremacy of said group with the coloration as the marker.

supremacy (n.) 1540s, from supreme + -acy, or from Latin supremitatem (nominative supremitas). Supremity in same sense is from 1530s.[1]

some Leftist discourse is indeed based in conspiracy theory. e.g. "White supremacy" is an amazingly common conspiracy theory current day. and it is bunk, because Whites treated each other like shit generally, to the point of exterminating other Whites until not that long ago in history. as for nowadays, there is not much of a "White conspiracy" or a "White supremacy"... since if it were, cities that were for centuries predominantly White would not be turning majority non-White this century given Yesterday's projections
